When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for neatly archiving documents in a suspension file drawer or suspension file system. They ensure that your A4 paper can be stored upright without toppling over or getting mixed up. These Leitz Alpha suspension files are ideal if you want to set up a reliable filing system for the office or for working from home.

Why choose this format?
These suspension files are made to DIN 821 standard dimensions, which means they fit perfectly in all common suspension file drawers and filing cabinets. The A4 format accommodates all your standard office paper without folding or cutting. With 25 pieces per pack, you immediately have enough stock for a complete drawer or project archive.

Sturdiness that makes the difference
The 250 gram per square metre sodium kraft board provides the necessary sturdiness to keep its shape even with intensive use. This heavier board prevents the files from sagging, even when they are full of documents. The thumb cut-out makes it easy to pull individual files out of the drawer without disturbing other files.

Complete filing system
Each suspension file is supplied with tabs and label inserts, so you can start labelling and sorting straight away. The permanently inserted suspension strip ensures that the file hangs firmly on the rails without slipping. With the supplied accessories, you can set up a professional-looking filing system straight away without having to buy extra parts.
