When do you need these archive boxes?
Archive boxes are used to store documents neatly that you don't need every day, but still want to keep. These Leitz archive boxes are specially designed for A4 to Folio size paper and allow you to archive important admin, contracts or project files in an organised way.

Why choose the 100 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 100 mm, these boxes strike a good balance between storage capacity and ease of handling. You can fit a considerable amount of documents in them without the box becoming too heavy to lift. The dimensions of 257 x 330 mm are precisely matched to standard office formats.

Durable and sturdy thanks to double walls
These archive boxes are made from 100% recycled corrugated board with a double base and walls. This provides extra strength and stability, even during long-term storage. The corrugated board gives the boxes more structural strength than smooth board, so they can withstand being stacked.

Practical benefit: automatic assembly
A great convenience is the automatic assembly feature, which lets you set up the boxes in a matter of seconds. You get 10 pieces per pack, which is handy if you want to archive several projects or departments. Thanks to the standard dimensions, they fit perfectly in most office cabinets and archive shelving.
