Ideal for neatly archiving A3 drawings and plans. The sturdy corrugated construction with handy finger holes makes storage and transport a doddle.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need these archive boxes?
These LEITZ archive boxes are specially designed for archiving large documents such as technical drawings, architectural plans, floor plans and long computer printouts up to 420 mm wide. If you regularly work with A3-size documents or EDP listings up to 30.48 cm (12 inch), these boxes provide the right protection for long-term storage.
Why this A3 format is the right choice
With dimensions of 70 x 325 x 437 mm, these boxes are precisely suited to larger document formats that do not fit in standard A4 archive boxes. The book-style construction allows your documents to lie flat without folding or creasing, which is essential for preserving technical drawings and plans.
Practical features of the corrugated board
The kraft corrugated board with kraft paper coating offers good sturdiness for the weight of thick document stacks. The boxes open like a book, giving you easy access to your documents without having to take them out completely. This is especially handy when consulting archive material.
Useful details for everyday use
Each box has a finger hole for easy carrying and pre-printed fields for filing in both upright and landscape position. You receive 5 pieces directly, which is practical if you need to archive a larger quantity of documents. The boxes are suitable for standard office environments where A3 documents and long computer printouts are regularly consulted.
