When do you choose this product?
When do you need a balance ball?
A balance ball is ideal if you work long days and want to improve your posture while sitting. The unstable surface continuously activates your muscles, which helps strengthen your core and reduce back pain. You can use the ball as an alternative to your office chair or for short exercises between tasks.
Why choose a diameter of 650 mm?
With a diameter of 650 mm, this balance ball is suitable for most adults of average height. This size offers sufficient stability for daily use behind your desk, while you still experience the benefits of active sitting. The ball does not take up too much space and fits well in a standard office environment.
Load capacity and safety features
This ball has a maximum load capacity of 125 kg, which suits the majority of users. The anti-roll safety feature ensures the ball does not suddenly shoot away during use, providing important extra safety. The phthalate-free inner ball is a healthier choice because it contains no harmful plasticisers.
Practical use and maintenance
The removable fabric cover with zip makes this balance ball particularly practical. You can easily hand-wash the grey cover, which benefits hygiene in the workplace. The handle makes transport easy, and the included air pump means you can use the ball straight away without any additional purchase.
