When do you need label holders?
These blank label inserts are specifically designed for labelling suspension file tabs in Alpha and Beta suspension filing systems. You use them to create overview in your archive by clearly marking folders with project names, dates or categories.

Why this 60×21 mm format?
This format is precisely matched to the Leitz vollzichtreiter models 6114, 6115, 6116 and 6124. The green colour gives a professional look and helps create a colour-coded system in your archive. The format offers sufficient space for clear labelling.

Four-sided writability for flexibility
You can write on these inserts on four lines, giving you extra options for detailed labelling. For example, you can list the main category, subcategory, date and project code all on one insert. This makes your filing system much more detailed and easier to overview.

Compatibility with Leitz systems
Check whether your suspension files use the Leitz vollzichtreiter series 6114, 6115, 6116 or 6124 before ordering. These inserts fit only in those specific tab systems of the Alpha and Beta suspension filing range. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have sufficient stock for a complete filing system.
