This practical suspension file combines filing with flexibility. The handy storage pocket at the back keeps loose documents together, perfect for a well-organised workspace.
When do you choose this product?
What are movable folder dividers and when do you need them?
Movable folder dividers are flexible filing aids that you use to organise both fastened and loose documents. They are indispensable when you need a dynamic filing system in which you regularly add or move documents without having to replace the entire folder.
Why this A4 variant is the practical choice
These Leitz folder dividers are manufactured to DIN 821 dimensions, which means they fit perfectly in standard Dutch filing systems. The A4 size ensures that all your standard documents can be neatly stored without folding or cutting. With 50 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for a complete filing project.
Durable manila card of 250 g/m²
The material is manila card with a weight of 250 grams per square metre. This provides enough sturdiness to protect documents against folding and tearing, while the card remains flexible enough for frequent use. The grey colour gives your filing system a professional and neutral appearance.
Handy rear pocket for extra functionality
A special feature is the pocket on the back of each folder. Here you can keep loose notes, business cards or important small documents that belong to the file but do not need to be fastened. This extra storage option makes the folders more versatile than standard variants.
