What does a bookend do, and when do you need one?
A bookend keeps books, folders and other documents upright on shelves, in cabinets or on your desk. You need this type of support when you want to prevent books from falling over or leaning, especially on half-filled bookcases or when you regularly take books out and put them back.

Why choose this LEITZ size?
With dimensions of 125×145×140 mm, this bookend offers sufficient height and depth for standard books and lever arch files. The size is compact enough not to take up too much space, yet sturdy enough to support several books at once without tipping over itself.

Metal construction with powder coating
This bookend is made of metal with a powder coating (pulverbeschichtet). This coating provides a smooth, durable finish that withstands daily use. The metal material gives the necessary weight and stability to keep even heavier books and lever arch files in place.

Practical tip for optimal use
Place the bookend at the end of a row of books for the best support. Thanks to its black colour, this bookend blends neutrally with various office settings and does not stand out distractingly among your books. The metal surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
