When do you use number labels in your archive?
Number labels are indispensable for systematically organising documents and files. You use these labels to sort files numerically, so you can quickly find the right document. These orange labels are especially useful in extensive archives where you work with a fixed numbering system.

Why choose this format and finish?
These number labels measure 30 x 23 mm, offering an ideal balance between legibility and space-saving on binder spines. The self-adhesive finish on a dispenser roll makes application very efficient, as you can easily unwind the labels from the roll without them sticking to one another.

Durability to IFOSA standard
The colour orange follows the IFOSA colour code, ensuring uniformity in professional archiving systems. A key advantage is that these labels do not fade or wear away with regular use. This means your archive codes remain legible for years, even with frequent consultation of the files.

Practical organisation with 500 pieces
With 500 number labels on a single roll, you have sufficient stock for large archiving projects. This quantity is ideal for offices that regularly create new files or want to reorganise an existing archive according to a numerical system.
