For efficient document circulation in your office
Circulation folders are used when documents need to be viewed, commented on or signed by several colleagues. This LEITZ model is specially designed for A4 documents that need to follow a structured process within your organisation.

Why choose this chamois manila card model
This folder is made from sturdy 320 gram manila card, which ensures sufficient firmness during the circulation process. The chamois colour gives a professional appearance and stands out among other documents. With a pack of 50 pieces, you have enough stock for a long time.

Practical grid layout for overview
The folder features a four-sided grid layout specially intended for circulation notes and signatures. This structured system helps you keep track of who has received and processed the document, and when. The three viewing windows make it possible to see at a glance which document is inside the folder.

Compatibility and capacity
With dimensions of 220 x 318 mm, this folder is perfectly suited to A4 documents. The maximum filling capacity of 5 mm means you can circulate several sheets at once. Be sure not to overfill the folder, to prevent damage during transport.
