When do you need document sleeves?
Document sleeves protect important papers against dirt, moisture and wear while keeping them visible and accessible. You use them for documents you consult regularly but still want to keep, such as manuals, contracts or reference material in binders and folders.

Why choose this A4 format?
These sleeves fit standard A4 documents perfectly and are open at the top and side. This means you can slide your documents in easily without having to remove them completely from the binder. The A4 format fits seamlessly with most Dutch office environments, where this is the standard size.

What does 0.15 mm PVC material mean?
The 0.15 mm thickness provides enough sturdiness to protect documents without the sleeves becoming too stiff. The PVC material is document-safe, meaning it does not release harmful substances that could damage your papers over time. The red colour helps you organise documents by category or priority.

Practical handling with thumb notch
The built-in thumb notch makes it much easier to remove documents from the sleeve without tearing or creasing them. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for a complete filing system. Thanks to the hard-film construction, the sleeves keep their shape, even with intensive use.
