What does a document holder do and when do you need one?
A document holder is a practical office solution for keeping loose documents, reports and leaflets neatly organised. You use it when you want frequently used papers within easy reach on your desk or in a cabinet, without them toppling over or getting mixed up.

Why choose this A4 format in light blue?
This model is specially designed for standard A4 documents and therefore fits perfectly in the Dutch office environment. The light blue colour gives a fresh, professional look and helps you visually organise different document categories. The compact size of 78 x 278 x 308 mm takes up little space at your workstation.

Practical capacity of 70 mm
With a capacity of 70 mm, this document holder offers room for a considerable amount of paperwork without becoming too heavy or bulky. This depth is ideal for daily work documents, project folders or reference material you consult regularly. The high front panel prevents documents from slipping out.

Handy grip and durable material choice
The built-in finger grip makes it easy to move the holder, even when it is full. The recycled polystyrene material is not only environmentally friendly, but also fully recyclable at the end of its life. This makes it a responsible choice for businesses that value sustainability in their office supplies.
