When do you need a sit-stand stool?
An ergonomic sit-stand stool such as the Leitz Ergo Active is ideal if you regularly alternate between sitting and standing during your work. This type of stool supports an active working posture and helps you bring movement into your workday, which is better for your posture than prolonged static sitting or standing.

Why choose this height range?
With an adjustment range of 57 to 82 cm, this stool suits different body heights and workstations. You can use it as a raised seat at a sit-stand desk, or for supportive sitting at a regular desk. The triangular seat shape offers more freedom of movement than traditional round stools.

Active sitting through design
The rounded base allows you to rock and swivel, so you automatically make small movements while sitting. This activates your muscles and prevents the stiffness that develops from static sitting. The foam upholstery with an ergonomic saddle core provides comfort without sinking in.

Practical considerations for use
Please note that this stool has a load capacity of 110 kg. The anti-slip base protects your floor from scratches, which is particularly useful on parquet or laminate. Due to the active nature of this stool, you need slightly more space than with an ordinary office chair, as you can rock and turn.
