When you need to have many documents signed
A signature folder is used when you regularly have documents circulating that need to be signed by different people. This Leitz model is ideal for offices where contracts, forms or other important papers have to be passed around several desks for approval.

Advantage of the absorbent paper
The compartments are made of grey absorbent paper that soaks up excess ink. This prevents fresh signatures from bleeding through onto underlying documents or causing smudges. The material has been specially chosen to prevent documents from sticking together when the ink is not yet fully dry.

Practical recognition through viewing windows and label holder
The viewing windows let you quickly see which compartments are filled without having to open the folder. The supplied label holder can be used to clearly mark the contents, so colleagues immediately know which documents they contain. At 240 x 340 mm, the folder fits easily on any desk.
