A handy tool for quickly and neatly securing loose documents in your lever arch file or ring binder. With five colours you can categorise effortlessly, and the sturdy 320 g/m² card ensures your papers stay firmly in place.
When do you choose this product?
When do you use index tabs?
Index tabs are indispensable when you want to file loose documents in lever arch files, ring binders or quick-fix folders. They keep your papers firmly in place without you having to punch holes in important original documents. These LEITZ index tabs are ideal for organising contracts, invoices, reports and other business documents that you need to consult regularly.
Why choose the coloured assortment?
This pack contains 250 index tabs in five colours: yellow, red, blue, green and grey (50 of each). The colour system helps you categorise your documents visually – for example red for urgent matters, green for approved documents or blue for financial papers. This colour coding makes finding specific documents much quicker than with plain white index tabs.
Sturdy quality for durable filing
At a weight of 320 g/m², these index tabs are strong enough to withstand regular use without tearing or creasing. The card holds its shape well, even with heavy documents. This quality is essential for documents you need to keep for a long time or consult often.
Universal compatibility thanks to standard punch hole
The index tabs have a standard 60/80 mm punch hole, so they fit all common Dutch lever arch files, ring binders and quick-fix folders. You don't need to worry about compatibility – this size is the Dutch standard. The size of 35 × 158 mm provides ample space for a clear description of the contents.
