When should you choose a 5-drawer system?
Choose a drawer unit with 5 drawers when you want to store different types of documents separately. With 1 deep drawer and 4 shallow drawers, you can neatly organise both thick folders and loose documents. This system works ideally on your desk or in a cabinet where you regularly need access to different document categories.

Why this DIN A4 Maxi format?
The DIN A4 Maxi format means you can store not only standard A4 documents, but also slightly wider folders and ring binders. This prevents you from having to force or fold your documents. The external dimensions of 323 x 315 x 397 mm ensure that everything fits comfortably without the drawers jamming.

Practical features for daily use
The drawers have a pull-out stop and smooth runners, so they open and close easily without coming out of their guides. The closed drawer front keeps dust out and gives a tidy appearance. The ergonomic handle recess makes it easy to open the drawers, even when your hands are full. The rubber feet prevent the unit from sliding across your desk during use.

What else you need to know
The unit is supplied with a transparent drawer insert, which allows you to divide the space inside the drawers further. When positioning the unit, make sure you leave enough room to pull the drawers out fully. The high-gloss finish is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
