When do you need a 4-hole punch?
This LEITZ Nexxt punch is specially designed for 4-hole punching with a hole spacing of 80 mm. You need this type of punch when you want to file documents in 4-ring binders or ring binders, a popular filing system in many offices. With a capacity of 30 sheets, you can efficiently punch larger stacks of paper at once.

Why this format flexibility is useful
The punch has an adjustable guide for different paper sizes: A4, A5, A6, Folio and US Quarto. This means you can not only punch standard A4 documents, but also smaller formats such as A5 and A6 are perfectly centred. The viewing window shows which format you have set, so you always have the correct positioning.

Metal construction for long-term use
This punch is made of metal, which ensures stability when punching thicker stacks. The sturdy construction means the device retains its shape, even with regular use of the full 30-sheet capacity. This is important for consistent hole spacing and straight punching.

Practical waste collection
A handy feature is that the waste bin stays attached to the punch while emptying. This prevents you from losing loose parts and makes maintenance easier. You can slide the waste bin out, empty it and put it back without it coming loose from the device.
