With this ring binder you keep all your documents effortlessly sorted and well organised. The sturdy elastic closure and coloured grip cut-outs make sorting and finding things a breeze.
When do you choose this product?
What is an expanding file and when do you need one?
An expanding file with compartments is ideal when you want to keep different documents separate within a single folder. You can use this type of file for organising project files, sorting invoices by month, or storing various categories of documents that belong together but need to stay apart.
Why choose a 12-compartment layout?
With 12 compartments you have enough room to organise a whole year of monthly documents, or to divide a large project into different phases. This layout offers more options than the standard 6-compartment files, without the file becoming unwieldy due to too many compartments.
Sturdy cardboard quality for everyday use
This LEITZ expanding file is made from 450 g/m² cardboard for the outer cover and 320 g/m² cardboard for the compartments themselves. This means the file is sturdy enough for regular use, yet not so heavy that it becomes impractical. The different paper weights strike a good balance between strength and ease of handling.
Practical details for efficient working
The file has coloured finger cut-outs so you can quickly find the right compartment and remove documents without opening the entire file. The elastic closure keeps everything neatly together, even when the file is carried in a bag. With dimensions of 245 x 320 mm, this file fits perfectly in standard A4 filing systems and filing cabinets.
