When do you need lever arch files?
Lever arch files are ideal when you want to organise documents temporarily without permanently punching holes in them. You mainly use them for archiving important papers that you may want to remove later, or when you are working with documents that are already punched with the standard 80 mm hole spacing.

Why choose this A4 variant?
This Leitz lever arch file has the standard A4 size of 235 x 305 mm and uses the common 80 mm ring mechanism that fits most Dutch punches. The beige colour offers a neutral, professional look that suits both office and archive use.

Solid quality for everyday use
The 250 g/m² manila board provides enough sturdiness to protect documents well. With a capacity of 170 sheets, you can organise substantial files without the file losing its shape. The 90 mm wide half-cover gives you access to the contents while keeping the top protected.

Practical details for office use
The file has writing lines on the front so you can clearly indicate what is inside. Thanks to the standard 80 mm hole punching, this file fits all common filing systems. It comes in a value pack of 50 pieces, handy for offices that regularly need to archive documents.
