When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are used to organise loose documents that you need to consult or add to regularly. Thanks to the commercial hanging system, you can easily add or remove papers without having to punch holes. This makes them ideal for files that are still growing or from which you regularly need to pull documents.

Why choose this A4 format in blue?
The A4 format matches the most commonly used document sizes in office environments. The blue colour helps you create a colour-coding system for different projects or departments. With 50 pieces in one pack, you're well stocked for a long time and benefit from a more favourable purchase price per piece.

Sturdy manila card construction
These LEITZ suspension files are made from manila card weighing 250 grams per square metre. This provides enough sturdiness to protect documents well, without the files becoming too heavy for daily use. The card hanging fold and the inserted hanging strip make the construction durable enough for intensive use.

Compatibility and storage
The files comply with DIN 821 standards, meaning they fit perfectly in standard lever arch files and filing systems. You can hang them from the hanging rail or store them flat in drawers. Be careful not to overfill them, as this prevents the card from tearing and keeps the documents neatly organised.
