When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A standing box file is ideal for neatly storing loose documents, reports and papers that you need regularly. You use this type of file when you have a lot of A4 documents that are not yet organised in a ring binder, or when you want to temporarily collect project documents.
Why choose this 70 mm size?
With a capacity of 70 mm, this box file offers room for a substantial stack of documents without the file becoming too heavy to handle. The size is large enough for extensive project files, yet compact enough to place several files side by side on your desk or in a cupboard.
Practical design with grip
This LEITZ box file has a handy finger recess so you can easily grip and move the file. The high front ensures that documents do not slide out when you lift or move it. The polystyrene material keeps the file sturdy but not too heavy.
Flexible use in both directions
A particularly practical feature is that you can use this file both upright and lying down. This gives you the flexibility to adapt the file to the space available at your workstation. Whether you have little width on your desk or little height in your cupboard, this file adapts to your situation.
