When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used to keep loose documents neatly together when you don't yet want to archive them permanently. This LEITZ Recycle collection box is ideal when you want to temporarily keep project documents, contracts or other A4 paperwork together before placing them in a ring binder or archive box.

Why this collection box?
With a capacity of 250 sheets, this collection box is suitable for medium-sized document collections. For example, you can keep a complete project file or a quarter's correspondence neatly organised.

Sustainable and secure storage
This collection box is made from 80% recycled plastic and is fully recyclable, in keeping with environmentally conscious office management. The opaque material ensures that sensitive documents are not visible from the outside. The recyclable safety closure keeps your documents securely in place, even during transport or storage.

Practical organisation with three flaps
The three flaps in the inner lid help you organise different document types in a structured way within a single box. For example, you can keep invoices, correspondence and contracts separate. The dimensions of 38 x 330 x 254 mm make the box suitable for standard office cabinets and shelves.
