This is why Dex likes this article
This elegant lever arch file combines filing with presenting thanks to the transparent document pocket. With room for 230 sheets and an extra storage compartment at the back, everything stays neatly organised.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a presentation folder with a quick-clip?
A quick-clip is used to temporarily arrange documents quickly without punching holes. This LEITZ Exquisit model combines this functionality with presentation options thanks to the transparent front. You choose this when you want to keep documents that you regularly consult or show to others, such as reports, quotes or project documentation.
Why choose this A4 oversize format?
This model has DIN A4 oversize dimensions of 244 x 310 mm, so you can also easily store wider documents. The 80 mm spring mechanism on a movable fold ensures that thick bundles of documents stay neatly in place. With a capacity of 230 sheets, this quick-clip offers room for substantial document collections.
Practical benefits of presentation pocket and storage compartment
The transparent front acts as a presentation pocket in which you can display a cover sheet or summary. This makes it immediately clear what is in the folder. The transparent pocket on the inside back cover offers room for loose documents such as notes or attachments that you want to be able to grab quickly.
Compatibility and use
Thanks to the PVC core-foil construction, this quick-clip is sturdy enough for intensive use. The hanging mechanism makes it possible to clip documents in. The black version looks professional and is suitable for business presentations.
