When do you choose this product?
What does a pressboard file do, and when do you need one?
A pressboard file organises loose documents by binding them together with a metal clip mechanism. You use it when you want to arrange A4 documents temporarily, without permanently punching them or putting them in a ring binder. Ideal for project files, client folders or administrative documents that are consulted regularly.
Why this 250-sheet capacity?
With a capacity of 250 sheets, this pressboard file is suitable for medium to large bundles of documents. This size offers enough room for extensive project documentation or monthly administration, without the folder becoming too heavy to handle comfortably. The 250 g/m² card quality ensures sturdiness at this quantity of paper.
Flexible binding options for different purposes
This pressboard file works equally well for commercial filing and government archiving. This means you can use the same file for business documents and official correspondence. The standard 80 mm hole spacing matches most Dutch punching systems.
Practical details for everyday use
With dimensions of 240 x 318 mm, this pressboard file fits A4 format exactly. The labelling lines on the front help you clearly label the contents. Supplied in packs of 25, which is practical if you are organising several projects at once or want to stock up for an office.
