What are spine labels and when do you need them?
Spine labels for lever arch files are self-adhesive labels that you stick to the spine of ring binders to clearly mark their contents. You need them when you want an organised filing system that lets you quickly find your documents. These LEITZ labels are specially designed for a professional office environment where overview is essential.

Why choose this size and format?
The 61×192 mm format fits perfectly on the standard LEITZ lever arch files from the 1070, 1072, 1073, 1080, 1092, 1190 and 1194 series. This size provides enough space for clear text labelling without the label becoming too large for the file spine. With 100 pieces in the pack, you can equip a complete filing cabinet with uniform, grey labels.

Versatile printing options
These labels are suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers and photocopiers, giving you flexibility in how you print them. The labels are PC-writable, which means you can easily personalise them using word processing programs. The self-adhesive feature ensures a firm bond on the file spine without any need for extra glue.

Practical tip for use
The labels are supplied on 25 A4 sheets, which makes printing and handling easier. Make sure your printer is suitable for the format and that you use the correct printer settings for optimal print quality. Store unused labels in a dry place to preserve their adhesive strength.
