When do you choose spiral binders?
A spiral binder is used to organise loose documents that you consult regularly or to which you add new sheets. This system works with a spiral mechanism that you can easily open and close. You mainly need spiral binders for project files, customer records or administration that you actively update.

Why an 80 mm spine width?
This 80 mm spiral binder holds up to 250 sheets of paper. That corresponds to roughly six months of correspondence or a medium-sized project file. This thickness is ideal if you need plenty of capacity without the binder becoming too heavy to handle regularly.

Flexible spiral system
What makes this LEITZ system special is that you can release the hook strip, allowing the spiral to bend like a book spine. This means you can lay the binder flat open for easy viewing of documents. The spiral works with both commercial punching and government punching, so you can combine different document types.

Practical benefits of the value pack
You get 25 pieces in yellow, which is handy for colour-coding by department or project type. The binders measure 240 x 318 mm and are made from sturdy 320 g/m² board. They include labelling lines on the spine so you can clearly mark the contents for quick recognition in your filing system.
