What does this product do?
Tab indexes are indispensable for neatly organising documents in folders and ring binders. With this Leitz A-Z index you can arrange documents alphabetically, so you can quickly find what you are looking for. It is especially useful for files, administration and archiving where you regularly need access to specific documents.

Why choose this A4 oversize format?
This index has a width of 240 mm, which is wider than standard A4 format. As a result, the tabs clearly stick out beyond your documents, even when your folder is full. The 20-part system offers enough space for a complete alphabetical arrangement without becoming cluttered in your binder.

Sturdy construction with practical details
The index is made of 80 g/m² paper in a neutral grey colour, which looks professional and remains easy to read. The first sheet has a punch reinforcement strip, so this most heavily used part lasts longer. The tabs are pre-printed with the letters A to Z, so you do not need to label them yourself.

Compatibility and use
With a punch spacing of 80 mm, this index fits all standard A4 ring binders and folders with a 2-ring mechanism. When inserting it, make sure the tabs stick out on the right-hand side for optimal visibility. Thanks to the oversize dimensions, the letters remain visible even when your folder is full of documents.
