What is a standing box file?
A standing box file is ideal for keeping documents, catalogues and loose sheets of A4 paper neatly organised. Use this product when you need regular access to your documents but still want to keep them in order. The upright position means you can easily take files out of the cupboard without disturbing other files.

Why choose the Click & Store system?
The Click & Store box file is assembled with press studs, so you can store it flat when it is not in use. This saves considerable space in your stock cupboard or storage room. The cardboard material with PP film provides enough sturdiness for daily use, while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.

Practical details for everyday use
The nickel-plated finger hole gives you a comfortable grip when moving the file. The dimensions of 103 x 253 x 330 mm make this file suitable for standard A4 documents with a little extra room. The label holders on both the front and back give you flexibility in labelling, which is especially handy when files stand in different directions in the cupboard.

Smart organisation with labels
The included label inserts help you organise your archive straight away. You can label both the front and back, which is particularly practical in double rows of files or when you approach the files from different sides. This prevents searching and mistakes when returning documents.
