When do you choose an extra wide lever arch file?
A lever arch file is used to store loose documents, reports and papers in an organised way. This LEITZ file is specially designed for situations where you need to store a lot of material, thanks to its generous capacity of 92 mm. You choose this type of file when standard files are too narrow and you need to archive documents with more volume.

Why this extra wide format is the right choice
With its 92 mm capacity, this file offers considerably more space than standard files. The polystyrene material ensures durability without unnecessarily increasing the weight of a full file. The grey colour blends neutrally into any office or archive environment, so you can place multiple files side by side with a calm, uniform look.

Practical handle and accessibility
The large handle on both the front and back makes it easy to take the file out of a cabinet or shelf, even when it is completely full. This thoughtful design prevents you from having to struggle with heavy, full files and reduces the risk of damaging documents while handling them.

Organisation and personalisation options
The file contains slots in which you can place divider sheets to separate different document categories. Labels can be attached to both the front and back for clear identification. The supplied label holder with cover protects your labels from wear and keeps the information legible, even after prolonged use.
