Handy visible index tabs that keep your binder system organised. With writable blank labels you find every document at a glance, perfect for an organised archive.
When do you choose this product?
What are fully transparent tab guides?
Fully transparent tab guides are clear plastic tabs that you attach to suspension files to locate documents quickly. These 25 mm wide tab guides make it possible to identify the contents of a file at a glance, without having to pull files out of the cabinet.
When should you choose this transparent model?
This transparent version is ideal when you want to maintain a professional, uniform look in your filing system. Because the transparent material does not stand out between the files, while the supplied blank labels ensure clear labelling. You get 50 pieces straight away, so you can set up a complete filing system.
Compatibility with Leitz suspension files
These tab guides are specifically designed for Leitz suspension files with type numbers 2430, 2435 and 2437. They fit perfectly in the 10-compartment classification system and ensure seamless integration with your existing Leitz filing solution. The tab guides click easily onto the top edge of the suspension files.
Practical tip for optimal use
Use a clear, legible font when writing on the blank labels. Make sure the text is not too small, so that file names remain easy to read from a distance. Thanks to the transparent design, you can also use colour-coded labels without the tab guide itself distracting from your colour system.
