When do you need a folder with compartments?
A folder with compartments is useful when you want to keep different documents separate without them getting mixed up. This LEITZ folder has 5 compartments with numbered tabs, plus an extra filing compartment, so you can organise your documents clearly. It is ideal for projects where you want to keep track of different parts or phases.

Why choose this compact A4 version?
With dimensions of 240 x 41 x 330 mm, this folder fits perfectly in standard A4 filing cabinets and desk drawers. The relatively compact depth of 41 mm means it doesn't take up too much space, yet still offers enough capacity for your documents. The numbered tabs make it easy to quickly find specific documents.

Sustainability as an important feature
This folder is made from 80% recycled plastic and is itself 100% recyclable at the end of its life. It also has a reusable closure, which means you can open and close it many times without the closing mechanism wearing out. This makes it a responsible choice for long-term use.

Practical tip for optimal use
Label the numbered tabs clearly with the contents of each compartment, so you can find your documents quickly. The systematic numbering lets you work with a fixed order, for example: 1 for drafts, 2 for final versions, and so on. Use the extra filing compartment for loose notes or documents that still need a home.
