What is an accordion file and when do you need one?
An accordion file is ideal when you want to keep different documents separate without using several loose folders. You have direct access to all 12 compartments at once and do not need to search through stacks of folders. This type of file is perfect for projects with multiple categories or for sorting administration by subject.

Why choose a 12-compartment version?
With 12 compartments, you have enough room to organise a complete project or administrative year clearly. For example, you can arrange them by month or separate different aspects of a project. The expandable index helps you quickly find what you are looking for, without having to leaf through every compartment.

Sturdy protection thanks to thoughtful details
The laminated surface with 3D embossing gives a wear-resistant outer cover that withstands daily use. The three protective flaps at the back prevent documents from falling out, while the elastic closure keeps the whole file firmly shut during transport.

Practical dimensions for standard office use
At 260 x 320 x 17 mm, this file fits A4 documents perfectly and takes up little space in your office drawer or on the shelf. The tabs make it easy to switch quickly between the different compartments without having to open the entire file.
