What does a concertina file do, and when do you need one?
A concertina file such as this LEITZ WOW helps you sort documents neatly without a ring binder or other binding. Use it when you want to keep different projects, clients or subjects separate but still have them within easy reach. Perfect for on the go or when you regularly need to switch between different files.

Why choose this compartment format?
With 5 compartments plus an extra storage compartment, you have enough room for medium-sized projects or a working week layout. This number of compartments offers a good balance between organisation and capacity: not so few that you run short, and not so many that it becomes cluttered. The A4 size suits standard documents and fits in most bags.

Practical features that make the difference
The laminated surface with 3D relief gives a sturdy construction that can handle daily use. The elastic closure keeps your documents safely in place, even when you carry the file around. Each compartment has its own labelling tab with matching labels, so you can see at a glance where each set of documents is kept.

Handy extras for everyday use
In addition to the 5 main compartments, this file has a separate business card holder, useful for keeping contact details together with projects. Measuring 245 x 38 x 330 mm, it is compact enough to fit in a briefcase, while still leaving plenty of room for a good stack of A4 documents in each compartment.
