Active sitting has never been so comfortable: this sitting ball supports your core and improves your posture during long working days. The removable, washable cover and anti-roll function make it practical and stylish in any office.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an ergonomic exercise ball?
A exercise ball offers an active alternative to traditional sitting at your desk. Because of the unstable surface, you constantly engage your muscles and improve your posture during long periods of desk work. This Leitz Ergo Cosy exercise ball with a diameter of 650 mm is ideal when you want to sit more consciously and bring more movement into your working day.
Why choose this size and design?
The diameter of 650 mm makes this exercise ball suitable for most office environments and body heights. The colourful, removable fabric cover sets this ball apart from standard fitness versions and suits a professional working environment better. The zip in the cover means you can easily remove it for maintenance.
Stability and safety during use
The anti-roll-away safety feature is crucial for office use, as it prevents the ball from shooting away when you stand up. With a load capacity of 125 kg, the ball offers sufficient firmness for long periods of sitting. The phthalate-free inner ball ensures a safe composition without harmful plasticisers.
Practical tips for optimal use
The supplied hand pump makes inflating easy - pump the ball up until it feels firm but not tight. The handle on the cover makes it easy to carry around the office. Wash the fabric cover regularly by hand to maintain hygiene. Start with short sitting periods of 15-30 minutes so your muscles gradually get used to active sitting.
