What are suspension files for drawers?
Suspension files for drawers are special hanging folders that you can use in drawer cabinets or filing cabinets. They keep your documents neatly stored and well organised. You need them when you want to archive a lot of paperwork in a limited space and have quick access to specific documents.

Why choose this A4 size?
This A4 size is ideal for standard office use, as virtually all business documents are in this format. With 10 pieces in one pack, you can immediately fit out a complete drawer or set up several categories. The blue colour helps you distinguish between different document types or departments in your filing system.

Polypropylene for durable use
These suspension files are made from polypropylene with a thickness of 5/10. This plastic material is sturdier than cardboard and lasts longer, especially with frequent use. Polypropylene is also moisture-resistant, so your documents are better protected against damp in office environments.

Practical tip for optimal use
Make sure your drawer cabinet is suitable for suspension files before you order them. Check that your drawer is deep enough to accommodate the full A4 length. With the 80 mm width, they offer sufficient space for dossiers.
