When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files in this special format?
Suspension files are indispensable for neatly storing loose documents in suspension file cabinets. You use them when you want to keep a lot of paperwork organised without it getting mixed up. These Tubut suspension files are specially designed for use in filing cabinets and offer a practical solution for office administration.
Why choose this 455 × 390 mm format?
This special format of 455 × 390 mm is larger than standard suspension files and offers extra space for bulkier documents or files. The dimensions make these suspension files suitable for specific cabinets that require this format. The format ensures that even A4 documents with attachments fit comfortably without creasing.
Sturdy construction with steel suspension brackets
The suspension files are made of 240 gram kraft board, which provides sufficient sturdiness for daily use. The steel suspension brackets (barettes de suspension) are durable and resistant to repeated hanging and unhanging. This combination of materials ensures that the files retain their shape, even with regular use.
Practical details for optimal use
The 200 mm entraxe determines the distance between the suspension points and must match your suspension file cabinet. So check before purchasing whether your cabinet is suitable for this type of suspension bracket. Each suspension file is fitted with a label holder, so you can easily indicate which documents are inside. With 25 pieces per pack, you have sufficient stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive.
