What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are essential for keeping documents neatly organised in suspension file boxes or suspension file cabinets. You need them when you want to store different categories of documents separately and be able to find them quickly. They ensure that papers stay upright and don't get mixed up.

Why choose this colourful 5-piece system?
This set of 5 suspension files in different colours offers an ideal starter set for colour-coding your administration. With blue, green, yellow and red, you can assign different subjects or priorities to a colour. The cardboard material is sturdy enough for daily use and more cost-effective than plastic alternatives.

Practical organisation with labels you can write on
Each suspension file comes with labels you can write on, so alongside colour-coding you can also add text labels. This dual system of colour and text makes finding documents even quicker and prevents mistakes. The labels are clearly visible thanks to the included tab inserts.

Suitable for standard suspension filing
These cardboard suspension files are designed for use in standard suspension file boxes and suspension file cabinets. They have the right dimensions to fit smoothly into most systems. When purchasing, do make sure your suspension file box is suitable for this type of suspension file, so you can be sure of a perfect fit.
