When should you choose suspension files for filing cabinets?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents well organised in filing cabinets. You use them when you want to store large volumes of paperwork systematically and find them quickly. These files hang from metal rails in your cabinet and ensure that the folders remain upright without tipping over.

Why choose a 30 mm base?
The 30 mm base offers extra space for thicker files without the folder losing its shape. This variant is ideal when you want to archive not only loose sheets, but also brochures, reports or several documents per subject. The sturdy base prevents heavy contents from damaging the folder.

Durable construction with double fastening system
These folders are made of 0.5 mm thick polypropylene and feature a unique double fastening system with both metal rivets and welded joints. This provides extra strength at the most heavily stressed points. The metal hanging brackets distribute the weight evenly and prevent tearing, even with intensive use.

Easy identification with magnifier-effect labels
The large label window has a magnifier effect that enlarges the text and makes it easier to read. You receive No. 9 labels with them straight away, so you can start labelling immediately. This saves time when searching for documents and makes your filing system look professional and well organised straight away.
