This is why Dex likes this article
This black front panel of sheet steel fits your 19-inch 1U fibre splice box. With 24 ports for LC-Duplex or SC-Simplex couplings, you keep your connections neatly organised.
When do you choose this product?
When should you use this front panel?
You use this 19 inch front panel to neatly organise fibre optic connections in server cabinets and network cabinets. It provides space for 24 LC-Duplex or 24 SC-Simplex couplings, allowing you to connect multiple fibre optic cables in a structured way. This is essential in professional network environments where many fibre optic connections need to be managed.
Why choose 24 ports?
With 24 ports, this front panel offers sufficient capacity for medium to large network installations. You can use both LC-Duplex and SC-Simplex couplings, providing flexibility across different fibre optic applications. For smaller installations this could be overcapacity, but for growing networks it offers room for expansion.
Sturdy steel plate construction
The front panel is made from 1 mm thick steel plate, providing a solid base for your fibre optic connections. This construction keeps the couplings stable in place and protects them from damage during maintenance. The black RAL9005 finish gives a professional appearance that matches standard server rack equipment.
Practical installation in 19 inch racks
This panel takes up exactly 1 HE (height unit) in your 19 inch rack. Check in advance that you have enough free HE space in your rack and that you have the correct LC-Duplex or SC-Simplex couplings available for your specific fibre optic cables.
