Reliable MPO trunk cable for fast data centre and network connections. Thanks to the LSZH jacket and single-mode fibres, you combine safety with stable signal transmission over longer distances.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an MPO patch cable?
MPO patch cables are essential for modern data centres and network infrastructure where you need to connect multiple fibre optic links at once. This 12-fibre cable acts as a trunk cable between MPO equipment such as switches, patch panels or fibre optic cassettes. You need this type of cable when you are realising high-density fibre optic connections in a compact setup.
Why choose singlemode OS2?
This cable uses singlemode OS2 fibres in accordance with the G657.A2 standard, which means you can transmit signals over very long distances without any loss of quality. Singlemode is the right choice for professional applications where you need maximum bandwidth and long distances. The OS2 specification guarantees excellent performance for modern 10G, 40G and 100G network connections.
MPO/APC connectors for optimal performance
The green MPO/APC connectors ensure minimal reflection thanks to the angled polish of the connector. This cable has polarity B, which is important for correct signal transmission in your network. The connectors comply with the IEC 61754-7 standard, guaranteeing compatibility with professional MPO equipment.
Practical benefits of this design
With a length of 3.0 metres, this cable is ideal for connections within server cabinets or between nearby equipment. The yellow LSZH jacket is safe in the event of fire because it does not produce toxic fumes. The 3 mm round cable is compact yet robust enough for professional use. Always check whether your equipment supports polarity B before installing this cable.
