Fast and stable data transport for your data centre with this MPO trunk cable. The 12-fibre OM4 quality and LSZH jacket provide high capacity and safe use in cable trays, even at high density.
When do you choose this product?
What does this MPO patch cable do?
This 12-fibre MPO patch cable is designed for professional fibre optic networks where you need to make multiple connections at once. Instead of 12 separate cables, you use one compact cable that bundles all the connections together. This is essential in data centres and server rooms where space and overview are crucial.
Why choose OM4 multimode?
The OM4 type means this cable is suitable for higher data speeds over medium distances. With a 50/125 micrometre fibre diameter, this cable supports modern network applications. The 15-metre length offers sufficient flexibility for connections within a server room or between adjacent equipment racks.
LSZH jacket for safe environments
The violet LSZH jacket (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) ensures that no toxic gases are released when heated. This is a requirement in many professional environments. The 3 mm round cable is compact yet sturdy enough for regular use. The violet colour helps you distinguish multimode cables from other types in your infrastructure.
Compatibility and polarity
This cable has MPO/PC connectors at both ends with polarity B, which is the standard configuration for most network equipment. You can connect the cable directly to devices that comply with the IEC 61754-7 standard. When purchasing, do check that your receiving equipment also has MPO connectors and supports the same polarity.
