When do you need an ultra-thin network cable?
A Cat 6A network cable is used for fast internet connections between devices such as computers, switches and routers. You need this ultra-thin variant when space is limited, for example in overcrowded cable trays, behind narrow desks or in tight server cabinets. The flexible design also makes it suitable for temporary connections that are regularly plugged in and unplugged.

Why choose the 1 metre length?
This 1 metre length is ideal for short distances within your workspace or server environment. It prevents unnecessary cable clutter for connections between devices that are close together. The short length also ensures minimal signal loss and keeps your workspace neatly organised.

The advantage of a 3.8 mm diameter
This cable has a diameter of just 3.8 mm, making it much thinner than standard network cables. The very soft and flexible LSZH-TPE sheath makes the cable easy to bend and route through tight spaces. Despite its slim design, the cable remains fully shielded against interference thanks to the U/FTP construction with PiMF shielding.

Practical compatibility and use
This cable works with all standard RJ45 network ports and supports Cat 6A specifications for high data speeds. The extra-short RJ45 plugs with extended strain relief prevent cable breakage during frequent use. The green colour of the strain relief helps you distinguish between different connections in your network environment.
