What does this network cable do?
This Cat. 5e F/UTP network cable provides a reliable internet connection between your router, switch or modem and your devices such as computers, printers or NAS systems. You need a 15-metre cable when you want to connect devices that are far apart, for example between floors or to another room.

Why choose the foil-shielded version?
This cable has foil shielding (F/UTP), which means a protective foil layer surrounds the wire pairs. This prevents interference from other electrical devices nearby, such as microwaves, fluorescent lighting or other network cables. For office environments with a lot of electronics, this type of shielding is essential for stable network performance.

Professional connectors for long-term use
The RJ45 connectors are shielded and have gold-plated contacts, which prevent corrosion and keep the connection reliable for years. The moulded hood protects the delicate connection against mechanical damage. The grey strain relief boot prevents the cable from breaking at the connector through repeated bending.

Practical installation tip
When installing, pay attention to the 1:1 wiring – this means both ends are wired identically according to the standard. The cable is suitable for network speeds up to 100 Mbps and works with all standard Ethernet equipment. Preferably do not store the cable in sharp bends, in order to protect the 4 x 2 AWG 26/7 wire structure.
