When do you need a flat network cable?
A flat UTP patch cable is used to connect devices to your network or router. Thanks to its flat design, this cable easily fits under doors, along skirting boards or behind cabinets where a round cable would be too thick. This Cat. 6 cable is suitable for internet connections up to 1 Gigabit and works perfectly for computers, printers, game consoles and smart TVs.

Why 3 metres is the practical length
At 3 metres, you have enough length to place devices flexibly without excess cable getting in the way. This length is ideal for connections within a single room, for example from your router to a computer or from a switch to a network printer. The black colour doesn't stand out against dark skirting boards or furniture.

Reliable copper connection with gold-plated contacts
This cable has copper wires (AWG 32) that ensure stable signal transmission. The gold-plated contacts in the RJ45 connectors prevent corrosion and guarantee a good connection over the long term. The moulded boots protect the delicate connections from damage when plugging and unplugging.

Compatible with all standard network equipment
Thanks to the 1:1 wiring, this patch cable works with all standard network equipment such as routers, switches, computers and printers. The black strain reliefs protect against cable breakage at sharp bends. Do check that your device has an RJ45 network port - this is recognisable by the rectangular socket that is slightly larger than a telephone plug.
