Handy pine green Desk Sharing Bag made from recycled polyester felt, ideal for flexible workers who switch workspaces daily. The smart layout with multiple compartments and adjustable shoulder straps makes carrying your things easy and well organised.
When do you choose this product?
What does this bag do and when do you need it?
The magnetoplan Desk Sharing Bag is a carry bag specially designed for work environments where employees don't have a fixed workspace. If you switch desks daily — in a flex office or hybrid working situation — you need a handy way to take your personal belongings and work materials with you in an organised way. This bag gives you that mobile base.
Why this size is the right choice
With dimensions of 450 x 150 x 250 mm, the bag offers enough room for your daily work essentials without becoming unnecessarily large or heavy. The thoughtful interior layout, with multiple compartments, keeps your belongings organised and helps you quickly find what you need as soon as you settle into your new workspace.
An honest look at the material
The bag is made from 100% recycled polyester felt (rPET), which means the material comes from reused raw materials. Felt has a soft structure and is reasonably sturdy, but it's good to know that it is less water-resistant than nylon or polyester bags. For indoor use and commuting, this is not a concern in most cases.
Practical tip on carrying
The two adjustable shoulder straps give you flexibility in how you carry the bag, depending on what you have with you. The 8 mm thick base reinforcement protects the contents when you put the bag down and helps the bag keep its shape during transport. Make sure to place heavier items, such as a laptop or diary, at the bottom for a stable weight distribution.
