What are magnetic document holders and when do you need them?
Magnetic document holders are handy document frames that you can attach directly to metal surfaces without tape or pinboards. You use them when you want to keep important documents visible and accessible on, for example, whiteboards, metal cabinets or fridges in the workplace.

Why choose the A4 format in grey?
The A4 format is a perfect fit for standard documents such as procedures, instructions or notices. The grey colour is unobtrusive yet remains clearly visible, so your documents look professional without distracting attention from the content.

How does the magnetic hold work in practice?
These holders attach magnetically to all ferrous surfaces, which means they stay firmly in place on whiteboards, metal cabinets and similar surfaces. The magnetic viewing window keeps one sheet of paper securely in position and at the same time protects it against dirt and moisture.

Practical flexibility for everyday use
You can use these magnetic holders both upright (portrait) and landscape, depending on the type of document you want to display. With 5 pieces in one pack, you have enough stock for different locations or documents at the same time, which is handy for offices where several notices or procedures need to be visible simultaneously.
