When do you need backing board envelopes?
Backing board envelopes protect your documents during shipping against bending and folding. You use them when you want to send important papers such as contracts, certificates or presentations undamaged. The sturdy backing board prevents the contents from creasing in the post.

Why choose C4 format?
This C4 format is specially designed for DIN A4 documents. You can send standard A4 sheets in it without having to fold them. This makes these envelopes ideal for business correspondence where you want to keep your documents in their original form.

Advantages of the adhesive strip with protective strip
These envelopes have a self-adhesive closure (Haftklebung) with a removable protective strip (Abdeckstreifen). You simply pull off the strip and press the envelope shut – no water or glue needed. This ensures a quick and reliable seal that stays firmly closed during transport.

Practical considerations when using
The Natron material weighing 110 g/m² offers a good balance between sturdiness and cost. With 100 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for regular shipments. When filling, make sure you do not exceed the maximum fill level, so the adhesive strip can bond properly and the envelope closes neatly.
