When do you need professional window envelopes?
These MAILmedia Kuvermatic envelopes are specifically designed for business correspondence where you want the address to be visible through a window. You use them when sending invoices, quotations or other documents on which the address is already printed. The window on the left is positioned for standard Dutch business letters.

Why the 120 × 235 mm format is the right choice
This format fits folded A4 documents perfectly and is the standard size for business post in the Netherlands. The dimensions ensure your documents can be sent neatly folded, without being too tight or sliding around inside the envelope. It is the most widely used format for professional correspondence.

Benefits of the wet-glue closure and 80 g/m² paper
The wet-glue closure means you can seal the envelope with water or saliva, which provides a reliable seal and a professional appearance. The 80 g/m² offset white paper offers sufficient sturdiness for automatic processing and prevents tearing during transit. The grey inner print ensures the contents are not visible through the envelope.

Practical tip for use
These envelopes are suitable for Kuvermatic machines, which means they are optimised for automatic envelope insertion. If you work manually, make sure the window on the left lines up correctly with the address field on your documents. The pack of 1000 pieces is ideal for offices with regular mail volumes.
