This is why Dex likes this article
These sturdy C4 mailing envelopes with block base give your parcels extra room, even with thicker contents. Thanks to the handy self-adhesive closure and the window on the left you work quickly and efficiently, and with 100 pieces per box you're well supplied for now.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need C4 envelopes?
C4 envelopes are used for sending A4 documents that you do not want to fold. This size is ideal for important contracts, certificates, photos or other documents that must arrive undamaged. Thanks to the generous size, several sheets of paper can be sent together.
Why choose envelopes with a window on the left?
The window on the left is perfectly matched to Dutch standard letterheads and invoice templates. You can simply insert documents without having to write the address on the envelope by hand. This saves time and prevents address errors with bulk mailings.
Benefits of the reinforced base
These envelopes have a block-bottom construction with a 20 mm fold, making them extra sturdy. The 120 g/m² paper weight ensures durability during transport. The brown colour gives a professional, business-like appearance and is less prone to showing dirt than white envelopes.
Practical use with adhesive closure
The adhesive strip makes sealing easy and reliable - you only need to remove the protective strip and press the envelope closed. With 100 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for regular mailings. When inserting documents, check that the address is clearly visible through the window before sealing the envelope.
