When do you need sturdy shipping bags?
These MAILmedia shipping bags are designed for sending documents, catalogues or other flat items that need more room than a standard envelope. Choose B4 size when you want to send A4 documents without folding them, or when you are sending several sheets at once.

Why choose B4 without window?
The B4 format, measuring 250 x 353 mm, offers enough space for A4 contents plus a little extra room at the edges. The brown colour without a window gives a professional, discreet appearance, as the contents are not visible. This is ideal for confidential documents or when you do not want address labels to show through a window.

Gusseted base for extra contents
These shipping bags have a gusseted base with a depth of 20 mm, so you can send not only flat documents but also thicker packages such as brochures, small booklets or folders. The paper weight of 150 g/m² provides enough sturdiness to protect the contents during transport.

Practical details for everyday use
The self-adhesive closure (Haftklebung) makes the shipping process simple – no water or moistening needed. With 250 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for regular mailings. These shipping bags are suitable for use with standard address labels, which you can stick directly onto the brown outside.
