When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This Maped pottery studio lets you make real ceramics at home. With the manual potter's wheel, you can throw vases, bowls and other shapes, just like a real potter. It has been specially developed for children aged 5 and up who want to discover how ceramics are made.
Why this complete starter set?
You get everything you need to start straight away: 1 kg of real clay, a manual potter's wheel and all the necessary tools. The 4 shaping and cutting tools and the wooden modelling roller give you full control over your creations. With 6 paint pots and a brush, you can also give your artworks a beautiful finish.
Practical guidance included
The set contains 4 instruction sheets with step-by-step guidance for making various animal figures. These guides help children achieve their first successes and provide inspiration for their own creations. The heart-shaped photo holder is a fun first project that is functional straight away.
Handy storage tip
Always keep unused clay in an airtight packaging or wrap it in a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out. The potter's wheel and tools can easily be cleaned with water after use. Make sure your workspace is covered, as pottery can get quite messy, especially for beginner artists.
